1. Age
The customer must be at least 18 years old to sign a contract. By signing a contract for commissioned work or ordering a fursuit for sale on our website, you declare that you are at least 18 years old or older. If you are younger, you are welcome to contact us via Telegram and we may find a solution.
2. Quotes
Individual price offers are valid for a period of 3 months. A guarantee for a delivery date is only binding after the official conclusion of the contract.
3. Guarantee
All work is guaranteed for a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of the item. Any unauthorised modifications will invalidate the guarantee. Material and construction defects are covered by the guarantee. Normal wear and tear is not covered by the guarantee.
4. Payments
Payment methods are PayPal (international) or bank transfer (Germany and EU). Payment can only be made in EUR (€) currency.
For fullsuits (both digitigrade and plantigrade), partials (including mini partials) and bodysuits, a deposit of EUR 700 is due, which must be paid within seven days of signing the contract. Only in exceptional cases will the deposit amount exceed EUR 700. This will be recorded in the purchase contract beforehand.
The deposit is non-refundable.
After completion of the project, the remaining amount is due within 7 days as stipulated in the purchase contract.
We do not offer payment by instalments.
5. Shipping
Shipping is exclusively insured with DHL or UPS. The shipping costs are included in the purchase price. Different terms may apply for repairs that are not under warranty.
Personal collection is possible.
6. Deadlines for completion
From the day on which the deposit has been paid and all materials necessary for the realisation of the project have been delivered, a period of eight weeks applies until final completion. Exceptions to this are force majeure, illness or damage to materials and essential tools.
7. Changes
Changes to the project are only possible free of charge until the materials are ordered, provided they do not result in significant additional work. During the realisation of the project, changes are only possible for an additional charge, as this results in additional working time and material costs.
8. Updates
We provide regular updates on the current project via our various social media channels after the contract has been concluded. The customer can also receive updates at any time via e-mail or Telegram (as a rule).
9. Disclaimer
Wearing a fursuit leads to a poorer visual perception of the surroundings and can cause the body to overheat. Vino Studios cannot be held liable for any consequences of wearing a fursuit. The same applies to damage to third parties or health consequences resulting from wearing a fursuit.

Zum Vertragsabschluss muss der Kunde mindestens 18 Jahre alt sein. Durch das unterzeichnen eines Vertrages für eine Auftragsarbeit oder das Bestellen eines zum Verkauf stehenden Fursuits auf unserer Website erklären Sie, dass Sie mindestens 18 Jahre alt oder älter sind. Wenn du jünger bist, kannst du uns gerne über Telegram kontaktieren und wir finden vielleicht eine Lösung.
2. Angebote
Individuelle Preisangebote gelten für einen Zeitraum von 3 Monaten. Eine Garantie für ein Auslieferungsdatum ist erst bindend nach offiziellem Vertragsabschluss.
3. Garantie
Für alle Arbeiten gilt eine Garantie von 6 Monaten, beginnend mit dem Datum des Erhalts des Artikels. Jegliche unbefugten Änderungen führen zum Erlöschen der Garantie. Material- und Konstruktionsfehler sind von der Garantie abgedeckt. Normaler Verschleiß wird von der Garantie nicht abgedeckt.
4. Zahlungen
Zahlungsmethoden sind PayPal (international) oder Banküberweisung (Deutschland und EU). Die Zahlung kann nur in der Währung EUR (€) erfolgen.
Für Fullsuits (sowohl Digitigrade als auch Plantigrade), Partials (auch Mini Partials) und Bodysuits wird eine Anzahlung in Höhe von 700,- EUR fällig, die binnen sieben Tagen nach Vertragsabschluss bezahlt werden muss. Nur in Ausnahmefällen übersteigt der Anzahlungsbetrag 700,- EUR. Dies wird im Kaufvertrag zuvor festgehalten.
Die Anzahlung kann nicht zurückerstattet werden.
Nach Fertigstellung des Projekts wird der restliche Betrag wie im Kaufvertrag festgelegt binnen 7 Tagen fällig.
Wir bieten keine Ratenzahlung an.
5. Versand
Der Versand erfolgt ausschließlich versichert mit DHL oder ggf. UPS. Die Kosten für den Versand sind im Kaufpreis inklusive. Für Reparaturen die kein Garantiefall sind, gelten mitunter abweichende Bestimmungen.
Eine persönliche Abholung ist möglich.
6. Fristen zur Fertigstellung
Ab dem Tag an dem die Anzahlung geleistet wurde und alle für die Realisierung des Projektes notwendigen Materialen geliefert wurden, gilt eine Frist von acht Wochen bis zur endgültigen Fertigstellung. Ausgenommen hiervon sind höhere Gewalt, Krankheit oder Schäden an Material und essenziellen Werkzeugen.
7. Änderungen
Änderungen an dem Projekt sind bis zur Bestellung von Materialen kostenfrei nur möglich, sofern diese nicht einen erheblichen Mehraufwand zu Folge haben. Während der Durchführung des Projekts sind Änderungen nur gegen Aufpreis möglich, da hierdurch zusätzliche Arbeitszeit und Materialaufwand entstehen.
8. Updates
Wir geben nach Vertragsabschluss regelmäßige Updates von dem laufenden Projekt über unsere verschiedenen Social-Media-Kanäle. Ebenfalls kann der Kunde jederzeit Updates über E-Mail oder Telegram erhalten (Regelfall).
9. Haftungsausschluss
Das Tragen eines Fursuits führt zu einer schlechteren visuellen Wahrnehmung der Umgebung und kann zur Überhitzung des Körpers führen. Für eventuelle Folgen durch das Tragen eines Fursuits ist Vino Studios nicht haftbar zu machen. Ebenso für Schäden an dritten oder gesundheitlichen Folgen die durch das Tragen resultieren.
